It also reminded me of a woman I had a chance to take a glimpse at in a supermarket. I don't know if she was a cosplayer or her normal attire, but she was both cool and a bit intimidating. She had short neatly styled pure white hair and her right eye was white and the other either blue or brown, can't remember. It did scare me a bit but on a second thought, it was really cool.
That is really cool! I would love to see someone like that at random. There's actually a pretty big cosplay community in my town, but they usually don't just cosplay at random. Though I do know they have organized some group things in the past like cosplay bowling lol or a cosplay picnic (I actually went to the picnic last year to see what it was like )
Well, that all depends. The most important reason why the ocean appears blue is because it absorbs the light from the blue sky, and also partially because it isn't absorbed by the ocean, therefore it is reflected for our eyes to see.
It would be some darkish blue if it were ocean blue.
What I do is create a top layer above everything then color in the iris. After that you can (and should) kinda extend the color out of the eye so when you apply the next step it the glow looks bigger. Now take the blur or water tools and use it on the edges of the color you're trying to apply then lower the opacity to how you like it. But this is how I do it and it's probly the completely wrong way. Xd
